In 2008, a small team with extensive building and architecture experience was working with architect Wendy Lewin on a project in Birchgrove when their search for a minimal window system led them to Switzerland and to Vitrocsa, the inventors of the modern minimalist window.
The team quickly recognised Vitrocsa’s potential in the Antipodean climate and after meeting with founder Eric Joray, a unique partnership was forged.
Soon after, Vitrocsa Australia - New Zealand was established, introducing the concept of the modern minimalist window to Oceania.
Extruding raw materials and sourcing glass locally, Vitrocsa is able to provide unrivalled service to Australia, New Zealand and the wider Oceania region.

Bankston is an Australian architectural hardware brand that treats the door handle as something worth obsessing over. It works with architects and studios like YSG, Civilian and Edition Office to design handles, levers, pulls and cabinetware, and the results have a way of becoming the detail people reach for and remember. Its work took Gold at both the 2026 Australian and European Design Awards.
Education Partners

Established in 1920, the University of Sydney School of Architecture, Design and Planning is a world leader in teaching and research across the built environment. Ranked first in Australia for Architecture and Built Environment, the school fosters critical and creative thinking across architecture, design, planning and urbanism through studio-based programs that engage with real-world projects throughout Sydney.

The University of Canberra runs Canberra's only industry-accredited built environment degrees, and ranks first in Australia for teaching quality in postgraduate Architecture and Building (Good Universities Guide 2026). The learning is hands-on, based in purpose-built workshops that include the country's first digital building transformation hub, so graduates leave with skills the industry actually asks for. Its degrees span architecture, interior architecture, landscape architecture and construction management.

QUT's School of Architecture and Built Environment ranks among the world's top 100 for architecture and built environment (QS World University Rankings by Subject 2026). Its studio-based programs are taught by practising architects and working researchers, and span architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, planning and construction management. Students cut their teeth on real briefs rather than hypotheticals, with sustainability and human-centred design running through the work.
